What we ask for

We collect the business and contact details you choose to provide so we can assess your project, prepare a quote and discuss the work. Do not include passwords, financial account details, confidential client information or payment card data.

Saving your progress

The project form stores text in this browser when you save it. Other people using this device may be able to access it. Use “Clear saved data” to remove it. Files are not uploaded by this form.

Artist questionnaire and shared files

The artist questionnaire saves text in this browser only when you choose Save draft. Downloads contain the answers you entered; attach the downloaded file to your email to send it. The artist form does not upload images or submit answers automatically. Photo folders remain with the file provider you choose, such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. Restrict access to the intended recipient and remove access when no longer needed.

Sending a brief

When online submission is configured, the brief is sent to Seasons Creative Group through our hosting infrastructure. Otherwise download the brief and email it yourself. Opening an email draft does not send it. We use project information for inquiries and project delivery, not to sell personal data.

Service providers & payments

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their services. If we provide a payment link, payment details are handled by the named payment provider. No payment account is connected to this initial website release.

Questions or deletion requests

Email [email protected] to ask about your information or request deletion, subject to records needed for an ongoing project or applicable obligations. Contact us before sending sensitive documents.
