01 / DISCOVER
Tell us what matters.
Complete the business or artist questionnaire. We review your audience, goals, must-haves, budget, content and existing tools. “Not sure” is a useful answer. We identify what is needed now and what can wait.
A CLEAR SCOPE. A CALMER PROCESS.
Your project starts with a conversation and a written plan. We agree on what we are building, what you will supply, how it will be reviewed and what it costs to keep running.
This is our process guide. Your project-specific scope and invoice confirm the actual deliverables, dates and payment terms.
01 / DISCOVER
Complete the business or artist questionnaire. We review your audience, goals, must-haves, budget, content and existing tools. “Not sure” is a useful answer. We identify what is needed now and what can wait.
02 / AGREE
Before work starts, we confirm the platform, hosting, pages, images/products, forms, integrations, editing access, revision rounds and exclusions. Each connection names its provider, fields, workflow steps and limits. You approve the scope and any outside costs.
03 / PREPARE
You supply accurate business details, approved copy, usable images, product information and permissions to use them. We agree who writes missing content, who approves and who owns each account. Use invitations or secure access methods; never send passwords or API tokens through our public forms.
04 / BUILD
We build the agreed pages and features, check mobile layouts and test form delivery and selected connections. Where payments are involved, we use the provider's testing tools before enabling live payment links or checkout. Provider verification and supported features can affect what is possible.
05 / REVIEW
A single decision-maker gathers consolidated feedback. Essential includes one revision round; Growth includes two; Custom specifies its rounds in the quote. A round means reviewing the agreed design and content together. New pages, a new design direction or extra features are scope changes, quoted before work continues.
06 / LAUNCH
We agree a launch checklist and obtain your final approval. The proposed payment arrangement is 50% to begin and the balance after approval, before launch; your invoice confirms it. We connect the domain, check HTTPS and live delivery, and walk you through the agreed editing and business tools.
We choose the platform and hosting after reviewing your content, editing needs, sales process and connections. A simple portfolio, a regularly updated business site and an inventory-connected store need different plans.
Essential covers the agreed WordPress brochure-site scope. Growth covers the stated larger WordPress site or starter Shopify/WooCommerce store, plus its included connections. Custom brings the selected advanced features into one tailored quote. Astro builds and optional content editors are scoped in that quote.
Compare the website options ↗WHAT YOUR PROJECT PLAN WILL SPELL OUT
Named pages and sections; supplied image count; product and variation count; languages; forms and fields; integrations; data migration, if any; and what is outside the quote.
Who provides copy, images, policies, products and approvals; who manages bookings, orders and replies; account ownership, access and provider verification.
Build price, agreed extras, deposit/balance milestones, domain/hosting, subscriptions, processing, storage and any separate ongoing care. Included setup is not charged again as an add-on.
Content-ready date, review windows and launch target. Checks may include an inquiry reaching the agreed inbox/CRM, a test booking reaching the right calendar or a test order using the agreed pickup/shipping settings.
A PLAN FOR THE KIND OF WEBSITE YOU NEED
Agree services, service areas, project photos, quote questions and who receives leads. A quote request is not an accepted job or confirmed appointment. CRM routing and follow-up tasks are included only when scoped.
Agree portfolio categories, launch artwork, image credits, biography, exhibitions and studio details. If selling, supply prices, editions, sizes, stock and fulfillment policies. A catalogue spreadsheet or shared photo folder can support the brief.
Agree staff, services, duration, availability, time zones, calendar provider, deposits and cancellation rules. Distinguish a request form from a confirmed booking. You keep the calendar and customer communication current after handoff.
Growth includes up to 20 supplied products with simple variations and 30 supplied images. Agree SKUs, stock, tax settings you approve, shipping/pickup, policies and payment provider. POS sync, subscriptions and larger imports need defined additional scope.
Agree menus, prices, hours, locations, catering questions and existing ordering links. Keeping menus current, operating an ordering account and fulfilling orders are your responsibilities unless ongoing help is arranged.
Agree meeting times, ministries, event details, giving provider, volunteer inquiries and video sources. Define registration, ticketing and donor-data requirements separately. You approve public information and operate the giving/event account.
We agree your timeline once the scope, initial payment, required content and access are ready. Missing content, delayed approvals, migration issues, domain changes or provider verification can move the launch date. We communicate the impact and agree the next milestone; rush deadlines must be confirmed before booking.
We document the requested change and its effect on price and timing. You approve the revised scope before extra work starts. Paid plans and usage limits are reviewed when selecting tools; free software is not a promise of unlimited usage.
Setup, agreed field mapping, testing and a walkthrough. It does not automatically include writing newsletters, sending campaigns, handling appointments, answering leads, importing historical data or monitoring every integration forever. We specify any ongoing service separately. Newsletter subscriptions use a distinct opt-in; an inquiry alone is not a marketing signup.
You receive the agreed owner access and editing walkthrough. Essential WordPress hosting/domain terms and the optional WordPress Care plan are shown on the pricing page. Other platforms, hosting, content edits, security/update work and integration support are confirmed in your project plan. Report launch issues so we can distinguish an agreed feature needing correction from a new request.
We deliver the agreed website and testable features. Search setup, measurement and CRM connections help you understand and follow up on interest; they do not guarantee Google rankings, sales, lead volume or inbox placement.
